I saw 8500 this weekend on loose packed snow.. indicated about 100 mph or so... and then it felt like a rev limiter kicked in or something. Motor seemed fine after I backed out of it... did this twice... the second time it back fired when I let off the gas, but continued to run fine the rest of the day. What's going on here?
What's the max revs I should be looking for?
How do I bring the revs down??
Any chance I hurt anything?
Does my sled have a rev limiter??
