RX 1 Clutch for a 1998 VMax SX 700

I have a Primary clutch from a 2003 RX 1, I was wondering in there any advantages if any of installing this onto my 98 Yamaha VMax SX 700, and help would be appriciated

I am pretty sure it's the same clutch. The weights & spring would be different though. You should be able to transfer the weights & springs from the original clutch to the rx-1 clutch and make it work, unless your clutch has a short cover. The spring would be too short unless you switch the cover too.
