The stock gasket for power valves always seem to leak. Is this an Oil thing or a Gasket thing?

mikey, their is a gasket that should be replaced and a o-ring where cable feeds in to block. thats where mine have seeped. i don,t believe it has anything to do with what oil you use. 3:16x (yammie tony)

If your leak is happening where the tower bolts to the cylinder then do what I do and put a thin film of high heat silicon on both sides of the gasket, bolt it back up and the leak should be gone.

I've not had problems with seeping valves since I replaced all the gaskets. Of course, the "housing" also has to be put the right way, see in the manual.

If the leak is from the weep hole on the under side of the housing, you should replace the PV shaft seal.
