I want to repaint some front end plastic parts on a 93 exciter, has anyone used Krylon plastic paint? it must have some sort of flex additive in it and they sell a clear coat also.

It works ok. Clean with naphtha , then a light/quick wipe down with MEK. What part do ya have in mind?

I used white krylon fusion on some black handgaurds on my bike and it held up through more rocks than a sled will ever encounter. Plastics do have oil residues on them in some cases so make sure to clean it up good.
I want to do the plastics around the pogo's, they claim no primer needed as some of the paint is worn down to the white plastic.

I have used it with hit and miss success a few times. Seen a product on one of them truck shows. Don't remember if it was Dupli-color or a 3-M product or something else entirely different. BUT its a couple step process for re-painting plastic car/truck bumpers. Should be available at most auto parts. Next time I have plastic to paint I will be giving it a whirl.
