I have a friend that has access to a press to press my old drivers off and the new ones on. He knows how to run the press, but can anyone give me an overview about how to press the drivers on and off so that I have a clue. I just want to be able to go there and have a clue about what is going on. I know it sounds like a stupid question, but thanks for any help.

The most important thing is to know the measurements for correct driver placement... I personally use a little lube to ease the removal of drivers and put the new ones on dry. Have not had any problems in the couple dozen sets I have done other than I need do get my own press. Drive time is a killer.
Driver location is very important as Grape has said....other then that its really easy to do.
