I made one for my 74 SL338 out of clear Poly that I picked up from Fleet Farm. Probably not the strongest stuff in the world, but it worked (so far). I traced the broken one onto the sheet, (it was big enough for two), then cut it out with the dremel.
I then used the dremel with a pointed stone to burn out the mounting holes.
When I put it on the sled, I had to use a hair dryer to make it bend around the corners. I then used some car door trim to trim it out.
Finished!
