So my son-in-law is taking his 01 SX5R out to a 136. We found a barely used Yoko 136/1.5 for @ $225. I spoke with Hartman the other day about rail extensions. He said we'd need to drop down to an 8 tooth driver to get that track to fit.
I seem to remember over an inch and a half of clerance w/o heat exchange protectors on 9 toothers. But that was on the kids 99 SX6.

on my srepson's 98 XTC700 there is the stock 1.5 track on it and he has no front exchanger protectors on it.Looks like the drivers are 9 inch as well and no issues. The sled isn't at my place right now..but someone maybe can verify if it has the 9 toothers on it .

I'm sure they probably are 9s. I just remember puting his brand new Ripsaw in there. It was somewhere around 1/8 from getting it in there with the protectors on. Shoot, I'd almost bet a 1 & 3/4 would fit w/o the front protectors and 9 toothers.

I've ran 1.75 with 9's in the pro action sleds a couple of times. No issues other than it gets a little tight and probably isn't the most efficient way to move snow through the tunnel. This is with no protectors obviously. 1.5 should be easy, peasy, japanesy.

I use a 144 inch Cobra on mt 600 SXR without any problems, love the track, got me out of some real deep snow last season whereas the121 inch ripsaw would leave me deep and down(sunkin) in the snow.Have some pics somwwhere where this happened, not very funny to get out either.
