a friend has a 97 sx700 w/ a 136 & power-inc pipes.he pick up some 8ab's & 52/42 hilex.now i know thowes pips are at 8100 but sum one told him around 8800-8900?.soo i need to know because we have to dial it in this winter.i think he said the weights are 47-grams!.thanks guys.

matters as to which pipe it is the center dump or the end dump pipes?

do i need to add 4.5 too tip or less? too bring RRs in rang.he's got 15-mm rollers would 14.5 or what.if we can get close that would help in dialing her in .thanks

Try it. Might be right on the money. Need snow to really test though. Still trying to sort out a set of drag and flys here but only took 3 months to get the helix in from dalton.

center dump pipes are real low rpm, its the end dump ones that are the higher rpm. Theres a good bit of info on the pipes here youll just have to use the search option on power inc pipes.

hay guys thanks for the info.we will have to give a shot.i guess the wight's are 49'grm's.what about bigger rollers will bring the R's down to 8100?.& thanks again.

bigger rollers add rpm to both engagement and shift speed. To lower the rpm youd need to use a softer primary spring if you dont want to add weight to the clutch arms.
