I have what I am guessing is an RPC 570 engine that has some heavy porting, cut skirts,44mm carbs and the coolant mod kit. I see that with the decker or RPC twin pipes 112hp is what it says on the dyno chart. It had a first gen rpc single pipe on it when I got it that was pretty much rotted so I'm going to throw a RPC stealth or PSI twins on it as I have these on hand.
From what I hear, the RPC twins were not all that great and the PSI twins are a much better choice anyway. The lit I have says that this set up came with K and N filters. Im assuming I will need to run these for the power jets to function properly. I'd really like to run an air box though. Any one have any thoughts on set up??
Anyone have any info on the RPC/DRE relationship?? It looks like they may have been in bed together at one time. Just curious.

Shawn you should now better that the power jets will only function with a air
Box not to mention they should be bypassed so go with the filters and jet it up nice

Lol, ya I know Mike, I know the 44mm carbs I have were part of the engine kit. They came with powerjets and RPC had K and N's with the kit. I wouldnt have known this but I printed out all the RPC Exciter cut sheets before they went under.
Hurry up and find me some Q-5's before I throw my flat slides back on and burn my motor down again. lol
