ok, after replacing the plastic bushings in the idler wheels on a pro action to tighten the wheel mount up and it not making a difference, my brothers and i found a replacement part from yamaha that works to take the slop out of the wheel mounts. fix takes 30 min to 1 hr if the plastics are hard to remove. you will need 4 of yamaha part # SMA-BILBU-00.

1st step remove wheels from skid mount.

next, remove centre steel bushing from wheel.

then remove the 2 piece plastic inserts from the bearings on the wheels

check and service bearings/wheels as needed.

then grab SMA-BILBU-00 witch is the adapters for the yamaha billit wheels onto the proaction suspension.

install into wheels.

re-install on sled. note: if using new style spoked wheels you may need to add a washer on the front idler wheel as the bearing is slightly narrower than older wheels to get the bolt tight.

as an added bonus, we have found that it helps wick heat out of the bearings, making them last longer for us, as well as moving the wheel down enough to help with slide wear without over sized wheels being added.
