I've got a cylinder. Might be a cool project...photo 5.jpgphoto 4.jpgphoto 1.jpgLooking for a head, pistons and dare I say a gasket kit. Any suggestions? Any Ideas? Thanks

Pm sent. I didnt see the pics before I sent it. Looks like a stock base gasket will work. Looks like you could use stock OEM head gaskets too. You would probably have to enlarge the bore on the head gasket. It would have to be OEM head gaskets because they are metal. Aftermarket gaskets have a metal ring compressed around what I think is graphite and wouldnt allow you to match the bore.

Haha, funny thing. I've been working on one too. Seems that the 650 watercraft pistons work great in mine. As for a base gasket, I called psi and they said it's a 20 thousandths gasket and suggested to cut my own with the right gasket material (which I did and seems to well so far) Other than that, Im not sure it would work on a stock crankcase because part of psi's "genesis kit" was to bore the crankcase and weld the crank. I wish you luck. Finding parts is a pain. I have a couple pictures of mine if you would like to get an idea? I also have carb specs for it (39.5 mm overbored roundslides)
