Kimpex Skis

I plan to put some plastic skis on my wife's '97 500 XTC and have already received some advice from an earlier thread. After comparing costs it seems that Kimpex has about the lowest price on a complete package, $185.00 for colors through Spanky's. Includes skis, loops, & mounting brackets. Another advantage is they accommodate Woody's single or Dooly carbides. No need to buy special bars. However, often times the lowest price yields the lowest performance. Considering my wife is not an aggressive rider, can anyone that's used these offer pros and cons?
