Best 144 stud pattern for 121 track

Anyone got a good pattern for 144 studs, preferably all down the middle. I do mostly aggressive trail riding but I also do like doing some lake ice running.
Havnt studded the track yet, I just want to make sure I get the best pattern possible before I start.
