I seen that hoping not to see it again... Screw the tors. This is why you use a teather switch to shut sled off completely.

Saw that a few weeks ago as well, certainly gets your attention. As for the tether switch, make sure it's working properly as well. They can corrode and stick inside rendering them useless Chased this problem just last week!
