What are your plans for the build?
My plan was just to take everything apart and clean it up. no mods except clutching.
Engine: new pistons and rings, clutch re bushed by Ulmer racing.
Rear suspension: welded W-arm, sand blasted and painted everything, all new bushings, shocks re built by Pioneer Performance, new idler wheels.
Front suspensions: powder coated by Half Baked Powder coating, all new bushings, shocks re built by Pioneer.
1'' hacksaw track with 168 1.187 studboy power point studs.
Ski-doo 5.9 mountain pilot skis. I had them laying around not sure how then are going to work on a SRX
sand basted and painted hood screens.

Are those plastic washers on the studs? I've seen them and am interested to know how they hold up.

how close are those 1.187 stud boys to the heat exchangers?. You might have to run the track on the tight side.

Yes they are Stud boy studs and plastic backers, I only have 200 miles on them so far but no issues
I haven't measured the clearance but it looks to be adequate.how close are those 1.187 stud boys to the heat exchangers?. You might have to run the track on the tight side.
