Alright so I'm in process of replacing the entire belly pan on my sled. I have the new left side piece which I am starting to put on and my ? is now I'm starting to put the new middle piece on and I'm having trouble putting the plate backup as its called in the microfiche back in. This plate has 4 holes that the upper and lower radius rods mount to. But this mount plate is in like a v shape and at the end of this plate is 4 bolts that the bumper supports connect to, and I cant seem to see how to get the lower 2 bolts into this plate and through the lower radius rods. And for the record left corner of this plate does have a little bend in itwhich I don't think was really affecting anything. But has anyone replaced there belly pans, and or removed this plate and have any pointers on how to go about this??
You might have to use a ratchet strap to hold your skis together to get everything lined up. I think that is how I had to do it a few years ago when I had to replace my bumper supports. It is an awkward area to get wrenches in, but you can do it.

Alright I'm up for any ideas, I got some time to work on it today so I'm gonna give that a try. Thanks

I haven't changed pans but have had the front of a few all tore apart. I ended up taking radius rods off from tailing arms to hook them up and then wrestle them back around to hook them back to trailing arms. 2 bolts easy to get to at trailing arm versus standing on your head to wrestle with them when the trailing arm wants to torque them the wrong way.

I have a wide front end kit from pioneer performance so everything lines up good. I have all the radius rods off my sled, but now that I'm putting it all back together my problem is with that mount plate. The two holes on the top of it are easy to get at and attach the top radius rods. But its the two lower holes that are a real pain to get at, and I'm just trying to figure out how to get the lower 2 bolts in, since right where they go through this mount plate just below that the mount plate angles out like in a v shape. This is the first time I've had my sled all apart like this, and like I said I have the left side down, now just trying to figure this part out before it starts getting closer to winter.
