Help 97 Vmax xtc parking brake??

i need to tighten the parking brake on a 97 vmax. the brake will not hold the sled on a tilted trailer. could someone explain how to do this?? is it easy?

The adjustment for the parking brake is the cable on the chaincase just above the footwell. It is as easy as it gets, but before you tighten it down, flip the lever to make sure you did not get it too tight
