Was at my local dealer today looking through the discount bin and found this gem.Didn,t even know it existed.Can,t wait to winter to install it.

i knew they existed but never saw the need on that sled.

True,but a little extra won,t hurt(many stumps where this sled earns its keep).

Maim, does yamaha make one for a 340 ET?
not that i have ever seen. they where availble for most of the yamaha sleds with plastic belly pans. on an et340, i would just bolt on a peice of flexable plastic from just below the bumper to the edge of the tunnel. that should cut down on the resistance when playing off trail.

Well after four months gathering dust I decided to install the skid plate(Needed a car jack to hold it in place while I drilled/riveted to the underpan).Heres the pic from today....
