Hi I'm currently restoring a 1984 Yamaha phazer. I rebuilt the skid frame and installed an 3 inch lift kit. And now my back cross arm touch the big bogie. Can anyone tell me what i have adjusted wrong from this pic. Kinda stuck.

Its camed the wrong way put a bar in and push it forward you should be ok

As cool as the lift looks, the sled will drive terrible and be a bear to steer. It will follow every rut in the trail and the rear will be really squirrely in soft powder not to mention the front will be plowing snow instead of plaining out on top of the snow. They also put more stress on the tunnel and have a tendency to bend and kink the side of the tunnel from side to side movement. Drop brackets are not a good idea UNLESS you can raise the front skid mounts and the front struts the same distance you raised the rear. I wish the best for your time and efforts on your mods, but I have a hunch you will be going back to stock after a few rides.
Anyway, I understand what SRXJoe is saying, but it is not the case here. By looking at the picture the problem lies with the lift and the angle itself. You need to measure the stock front and rear mounting holes (center to center) then measure your stock front and new rear holes. Chances are that your new center to center is greater than stock which put the rear arm back too far causing it to hit the rear idler wheels.
Good luck with your project.

x3 you went outside the bounds of the original suspension arc and those sleds lack any adjustments on the front suspension.

dont beat yourself up too bad, its a common error made by many.
