I've come across many people talking about blocking off their power jets on the stock 36mm carbs. I've gotthe carbs apart and blocked so my question is:
What do you guys recommend for main jet sizing?
Secondly after doing this would it be worth putting velocity stacks on or would the airbox still be the better option. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Steele.

run the air box. if ya blocked the power jet, for winter use i would start at around a 360. watch plugs and piston wash. 3:16 (yammie tony)

rules is when you block the power jet go up that many on the main so it will but you in the 370-390 main area to start depending on what main you have in it now plus your main adjuster screw on the float bowl should be closed one turn on the main adjuster with give you 3-4 main jet size changes
