nope, the exh. ports are completely differnt on a viper and srx, both the length and the bolt pattern

That's weird considering you can put triples on a viper ...
the exhaust ports are different shape. brother ran an srx motor with viper jugs in his viper for 2 seasons. ran really well.
How did that affect the timing? Port work is different as well on the viper jugs.

The only difference in that case would be the heavier srx crank
And it made a bit more torque on the bottom end. Ran great though!
