Had them clean but gunna do it myself and boil them

Pilots are cheap enough if you are unsure about how clean they are.

Make sure you remove the fuel screws too when you clean the carbs. when you pull out the fuel screw there will be a spring, small washer and small o-ring that slip over the screw, they are very small and easy to lose.

Carbs r clean and everything checks out good it does have reed notch and silencer bored so I jet up a size

They are pig rich from stock so no need to do that if it is stock. Did you go one up relative to stock or was it jetted down before? Change plugs, ohm plug caps and look at the flywheel for rust on the pick up magnets... Won't hurt to look at these.
A bad plug and/or plug cap will cause backfires.

Caps all have 4.6 ohms it is all stock I do see a little rust on the flywheel I think it's on the recoil side

Caps have 4.6 ohms each jets r stock still I turned the fuel screw to 2 turns out and the back fire is gone but it is bogy after Idling

Might be a little rich now, but what are the temps like where you are? If it's near or above freezing, jetting will get leaner as the temps go down
