This may be confusing to explain. When I rotate the secondary clutch back and fourth I get a lot of play. I Checked the chain case and it's not there. I then found that the cogs are moving but it doesn't grab the track right away. Is this normal? Could the drivers be worn? My Srx doesn't have this much play. Any help is always appreciated.

Honestly i wouldnt worry about it. The cogs dont really wear down but i have seen the "nubs" on the track wear. Also depending on the track tightness it could feel like more.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's normal to have that play, mine do.

If you rode it all last winter like that. Don't worry about it.

There has to be play where the drivers fit into the track, if it was a tight fit you'd have problems. Have to be able to fit a variety of driver sizes into a given track too. if you go from say 10t drivers to 7t drivers the track radius is going to tighten up considerably yet the driver needs to fit and not be tight. The track off my summit had 9t drivers and now sits in my phazer with 7t's and still has play.

Thanks for the input. I won't worry about it then. Ready for the snow to start falling!
