Carbides stuck in skis

Changing my carbides on my venture. The old ones won't come out of the skis. I'm going to take them to the body shop I run and use the induction heater and air hammer to try to get them out. Anybody run into this before? What should be a 5 min job.......

Had them be a little stubborn but nothing a block of wood or a brass drift couldn't move. I run Bergstrom skegs on my sled now and he used 5/16" instead of the standard 3/8" bolt studs. Little more wiggle room to install and remove.

place the ski on 2 2x4 with the carbides in between take a hammer and bang on stud start at rear work forward

Got them off. Just needed a little heat and a air hammer. I tried the 2x4 method last night. They were really stuck. A little never seize will keep it from happening again.
