has anyone ever heard a chattering noise under the hood when then engine is started cold,and once it is warmed up i hear a chirping noise at idle. could it be clutches are out alignment or worn clutch parts

Most likely it's the clutches, 1997 and 1998 they had problems with the clutches... Pull the clutch off, and inspect it for worn parts, I would buy some clutch lube, and spray all the moving parts on the clutch, and see if that helps... How many miles are on the sled?
it has 3052 miles on the clutches
