Hey Guys,
Just purchased a 91 Phazer II LE with 1500 miles on it. Been sitting for several years. I'm in the process of going through it and doing some much needed maintenance. I"m looking for somebody to point me in the right direction as far as sourcing carburetor parts. I have the assembly soaking in chem dip now. I need to replace the rubber items on the carbs such as the four plugs inside the bowl, the bowl gaskets and the two plugs on the top. I am finding it very difficult to find a parts source on line for this sled. What is the proper chain tension on this sled? Also, anyone know where I can get a manual? I just finished replacing all the fuel, oil and vent lines. I opened and cleaned the chaincase and am waiting for a gasket to close and refill that. I've serviced and cleaned the clutches. Is there a picture tutorial on this site for cleaning these butterfly mikunis? thanks
