the powervalve decal is not the 02 looks like 98. the srx decal is or custom made as 02
Ok thanks. This guy is saying it's an 01. I asked him if it has DCS, he replied no. He says all stickers are factory. I was just curious thanks!
01 trailing arms. Look at the stamp for the year on the tunnel. Should say built in 2000 for a 01 sled
I believe him that it's an 01 I was just curious About the stickers. It's possible the previous owner put those stickers on
I dont know whats up with all the different decals. Check out my 98-with 02 decals. Maybe ppl crashed them early on and dealer put on what ever they had. I tried every which way to see if someone just slapped them on mine but unless the guy was a surgeon, I see no way this was the case. I measured down to the 64th on an inch and all perfect. No fiberglass repair(if thats what there made of). I need to do alittle body work on mine and ordered 2 02 decals and I can gaurantee mine will be somewhat crooked. Just some minor scratches on left hood. I googled pics of all different years and ordered through yamaha sports plaza. They're not cheap.
Wow, kinda looks like a mixture of years.
center hood stripes and the 700 stickers are from a 98, the side decals are from a 02, so at 1 times someone cracked or crashed it and the hood and or the decals been replaced, not uncommon on these sleds, they are getting older now.

At the very least stickers have ben changed. Looked at a long tracked 01 a week or so ago that previous owner was a twat and pulled ALL stickers off and plastered it with Monster energy drink stickers..........Shameful if you ask me....not so much as a scratch on the hood.........
That is sad.
