I have a VMAX XTC 600 and I'm completely going over the sled. Im getting new scags and stuff and I just checked the tow for the ski alignment and its towed in 1". Anyone know what it's supposed to be?

anywhere from 1/8" to 1/2 " tow out would be ideal. If you run dual runners, keep them 0 toe out.More aggressive with smaller tow out at 1/8" on single carbide runners. Run 2 straight edges along the track along the inside of the ski's.Now measure against them to get accurate settings for both sides.Take slack out of the ski's using bungee cord connected to both ski loops as well.Make sure steering arm is centered as well before starting, adjust accordingly.Take your time at it until you have it just right.
