When you guys go sledding do you represent? Do you wear Yamaha branded gear or do you use the makers brands, ie FXR,Coldwave etc?
My jacket is an older Yamaha made by FXR and I like it,has a zip out liner to allow for a fleece liner for really cold temps. Pants I wear Choko bibs although I'm looking to buy a pair of pants, either Yamaha branded ( FXR ) or regular FXR. Gloves are the ones Klim made for Yamaha, short cuffs and light.
What do you guys like?

Personally I really like Castle X,I've been using their gear for the past few seasons and I love it. I use the Tucker Hibbert race replica gear and it's awesome because it looks great, and it performs awesome because it's lightweight and it keeps me warm. I got Klim Adrenaline GTX boots and a nice set of black leather gloves. I use a Klim Balaclava and a One Industries Combat series helmet with Castle X goggles. This is my first season with the Klim gear but everything else is a tested combo that I've run for years and I love it. I would highly reccomend Castle X and One Industries if you're looking to change it up and get new gear.

HMK and Klim mostly. Gloves tend to vary depending on the temps and how wet things are going to get. I seem to be hard on gloves.

All FXR gear, actually bought the new blue and orange fxr mtn pants for this season. It doesn't match my coat but it doesn't matter. I bought a full face helmet for the wife if she ends up coming for a ride with me...it's gmax. All my gear is very warm and keeps me dry....even have the fxr socks! Lol

well i have 4 sets of riding gear.
1st set (oldest) is a down filled parka with a cheap set of royal distributing bibs. parka needs a big windy so i do not use as much nowadays.
2nd set is a cold wave jacket with a set of choko leather bibs. had the bibs since 2000 and the jacket is about 10 years old. this is my favorite outfit and still is warm at -40c.
3rd set is a full set of yamaha leathers. bibs are too tight in the chest even being 3xl and the bottoms are really baggy. the jacket would be fine if i could adjust the bottom tighter and it had a high collar. it is 3xl too. i loan this outfit to guest riders without gear nowadays as i went back to the coldwave outfit for more comfort.
4th set i have not tried yet in the cold. klim keweenaw parka with a set of klim klimate bibs. lighter than my coldwave outfit so far. will have to see on the warmth department.
all my gear (other than parka) is black, so it pretty much goes with any sled.
all i will say really is to try a bunch of it on and use the stuff that fits you best while allowing you to move through your full range of motion.

All Choko...Never had a problem with any of their stuff. Couple different jackets, depending on what I'm riding. Bibs for when it really cold out, thinner pants for normal temps, and leather gauntlet gloves that work great. If it's really cold out I'll throw some silk liners in, those work great. Just picked up some Baffin Extreme boots last season that are really toasty.
Now if I'm riding my ol' timer 71 ski doo that's a different story. Carhart jacket, bomber hat with the flaps, headlamp (cause the headlight sucks) warm gloves and a backpack for plenty of beer. lol!

Fxr jacket, pants, oakley gloves are super nice. Oakley goggles and one industries mx helmet. My hjc full face with heated visor is light comfy and under 300$. I wear alpine stars mx boots and people think I'm nuts but I love Em. Hate the bulky boots. Warm socks and I'm good to go. My jacket is the fxr backshift race jacket and I like it a lot. Matching pants. A lot of people notice my gear and comment. Two other riding buddies have since bought fxr suits since haha.

I Tried using my mx boots and they were super slippery. Been using snowboard boots last 2 years and love them. Their white and the bys nicknamed them "moonboots" ahahFxr jacket, pants, oakley gloves are super nice. Oakley goggles and one industries mx helmet.
