hey guys, got a question on my tss suspension. i started taking apart the scissors to replace bushings and washers to take out the slop and have noticed when i raised the front there seems to be a problem with the spring tension also. i've read there is always around 1 inch of travel loss and i'd be ok with that but i seems to lose about 2 inches of stroke loss with it just sitting. i've already dumped more into this buggy then i really wanted and would like to not have to replace both springs so that being said is there another solution? any chance of maybe a few rubber spring wedges to stiffen? thats about the only thing that comes to mind for me. anyone on here tried such a thing? maybe its not the springs and rather the shocks???????? not sure if these are nitrogen filled or not??

Ok, heres the deal. You may have some sacked out front springs and or shocks. If there was oil near the base of your springs, the shocks are shot. There are several different springs that the TSS used too. Some were pretty soft.
Another question is, what kind of shape is your rear skid in?? Try adjusting your front springs in the skid to the stiffest setting. Exciters are VERY ski heavy and need any help they can get to reduce ski pressure. I've even gone as far to drill new holes in the tunnel for the front arm to reduce ski pressure.
