i am installing my new helix at 80 degrees. is it supposed to be hard to turn to get things lined up? im having to turn it about 60 degrees to the right to get it together. just want to make sure i am doing it right. thanks

Make sure you turn it clockwise and you will be ok.

My book says 4.6 ft. lbs. for the secondary and 17 ft. lbs. for the helix bolts. Make sure your 6 on the helix and 2 in the secondary(80 deg.), turning clockwise to preload the spring. That's it. I have also found that if this is all your going to do, do it on the sled. Makes it a whole lot easier. Hope this helps, Soc
