21/38 gearing?

Just opened up my 2001 gear case and the last owner was running 21/38 gearing, what gearing would this be good for?
89A-10 weights loaded
w/w/w spring
50/36 helix

shorter distance but those 89a10 are good lake racing more wide open weights.
