Hey Guys I got a 76 SnoJet SST it's got a yammy engine in it tho. Same engine as the 72-74 Gp's and a few other sleds. Jugs say 433 SD on the side. GOt the sled from a friend for free but the mag side was siezed. Found needle bearings, gaskets, pistons, ring etc for it. Yet I needs lower connecting rod bearings and no one that I know of around has a press to press the crank pins out. Any suggestions like being able to make one etc? Thx Jon

I am do not know the twin yamis well, but I race the gp292 one lungers. I can not get the lower crank bearings for these little motors. Hope this will not be a problem for you...
good luck

The SST had a Yamaha engine in it stock. Snow Jet used Yamie motors across the board with there sleds. That SST is a great sled to restore. I believe the guys racing the GPX yamies can still get parts so you should be able to also. Let me know what parts you need and I will check and see if there avaliable.
