With the help of freedom cycle (snoscoot.com) I tracked down 2 ski bolt spindle bushings out of Pennsylvania. The part has been discontinued by Yamaha and is now unavailable. These were NOS and possibly some of the last to be tracked down. I plan on taking some measurements to see if they are the same diameter as a Yamaha trailing arm bushing just shorter or completely different.
What at would the interest be if I got maybe a run of 100 made? I bought the Yamaha pieces for $7.95 each so if I could keep the cost around there what would be the interest? These seem to be the only critical wear item that is currently not available and nessecary for safe operation.

Id def be interested.
Is your scoot registered? If so, can u tell me what numbers are used on the registration? I never recieved the registration when I bought mine, and had a police officer search the vin/serial number on the frame and he couldnt find any info. So Im wondering if there is something else used when these sleds were originally registered or titled?
And NO..... I dont believe its stolen!! Haha. Bought it from my cousin, who got it from his friend, whose parents originally had owned it.........wait, that does sound a little suspicious!! Jk

This one wasn't registered and around me 150cc is the limit for registering so it won't ever have to be. I would assume you use the frame vin as the identifying number and register it normally if it's required that you do.

I would be interested in those bushings. I just bought mine "restored" for my 4 yr old son, I will be going through it after this winter. I'm going to do the brake mod soon,& I'll look it over better then. The # they use to register them is the # on the frame, I believe the right rear, footwell frame tube has the # needed.

I haven't had a chance to look into it yet. First I need to Mic them and see if they are the same size as the yamaha proaction spindle bushings just shorter.
