I have a recently purchased 2000 SX700-R, which needs a clutch rebuild. Thought it only needed new bushings, a general cleaning and bushing/pin refresh......Found a flattened roller, and two badly worn weights. While I have it apart, should I replace the weights with the stock 8DF 00 or go with 89-L ??? If I go with 89-L, what sled are they from, and or the p/n? If I go to the local Yammi dealer, and ask for 89-L weights, I'll probably get a rather empty look. Right now, this sled has Bender pipes on it, but is all stock, BUT, I think I will swap the pipes to my 01 SX700-R, which has already had the weights, spring, and secondary changed, and stock pipe with a Bender can. So, what I'm really getting at here is, 8DF, or 89-L weights for an SX700-R stock pipe, and a Bender can???Probably going to drop the drive gear a tooth as well. Thanks.

while I'm getting nowhere with my 89-L weight inquiry, let me add a little more to it.... What sleds or p/n can I use to get 14.5mm rollers???

You can type the part number in the Yamaha parts search and it will tell you all models that used the part number
