I am looking for a new set of carbides and seeing what people like. i would like to put bergstroms triple points on mine but have been unable to get ahold of anyone at the company for a week now. Anything out there comparable with a decent customer service base.....online ordering/e-mail ordering/ someone to pick up a phone?

I know what your going through. The triple points are a great choice from what I've read on this forum but like you say getting ahold of someone can be a chore. I've purchased my last couple sets from eBay but there is a site member that sells them through his company. 2000SRX is his user name,look him up and see what he has to offer.
