Hi all I hope someone can help yamaha no longer makes the 2 wire plug that connects to the thermoswitch I dont want to buy a whole harness please help thanks

Ordered em tonight 2 to 5 days in meantime im gonna try to fix my other issues with my boat anchor lol

You could remove the broken terminals and solder them back to the wire.
Believe it or not - try taking the hardshell connector to your local Ford dealer and have them match it to thier connector repair catalog. The replacement will come with a section of wire to solder to. It looks very much like a port injection fuel injector connector. Just make sure it's keyed the same. If you notice the connector in the pic edunn69 posted, you'll see three notches that are not symetrical. In a pinch, you can grind away the corrisponding tabs on the sensor to make a connector that isn't keyed the same, fit.
The reason they key, what looks like the same connector, differently is to ensure it's connected to the correct sensor during assembly. (I.E. ensuring left and righ bank O2 sensors are plugged into the correct side).
