hey ever one need help i cleaning my power valves and had to change 2 of them put all back together to try it out now it got no bottem end and boggin bad and temp light flashing 7 time ? bad seromotor or bad wiring ? or did i need to adjust the power valves was runnig good before i work on it lol thanks
When ever cleaning and replacing PV you should adjust them. There are a few ways to do it. One is to start the machine and choke it out til it drops below 1000 rpm. the servo will open up once servo has moved mark where it stops and that is your adjustment point. And they have a wire harness tool that hooks up to a battery to open the servo as well. The best way I find is to remove the exhaust and check the valve flushness with the exhaust port. if the valve is flush and your power valve servo did not move then your good. Adjust powervalve either way to make it flush with the port. Make sure to check if your servo moved before locking them down.
