I noticed yesterday that the manifold connected to the motor has 3 hairline cracks on it will this effect anything? Thanks again for any input
 

It may take a bit for a response today as we are all hopefully riding. The cracks are common on may of the older sleds, is it cracking where they go from three into one?? Just wear and time. If just random might be rusting through and would warrent a good inspection. If you have a big ride this weekend you will be fine just keep an eye on it. Then take it off and have it welded. I have had to do this on all my sleds (running vipers but same type of manifold) They all crack at the joint. Make sure when you have it done they do both sides and you will never have to deal with it again.
 
Thanks for the response probably should've factored in the snow lol haven't had much luck on that in southern Wisconsin this year hope everyone is riding hard and having fun glad to know I don't have to worry too much but will be replacing it soon just to be safe plus king blunder isn't very far from me and he does good business so I'll get her fixed up... Thanks again
