Here's my question I have a 02 SRX it's all stock except for trods and old style hauck growlers and I wanna clutch it and I was wondering if heel clickers are worth the money? Thanks
Sure, if you can get the sled to hook up. With the right set up, the sled goes really fast too with those, my speedo showed 126 mph once. Expect at least 118-120 on the speedo depending on the gearing and track.

Well it hooks up great right now and it has no studs and stock track!

Now could I run the green secondary yellow silver yellow primary with the 51/43 helix withe 4.5 rivets in both holes or is there a better setup?

It all depends on what kind of riding you do. There usually is always a better setup in someone else's eyes. With the Heel Clickers studs are gonna be needed to get a good hook. Just my opinion.

Well I mostly trail ride with the occasional radar runs and drag racing
I had better luck with heel clickers in drag racing than trail riding, just because that's what I wanted them for never did set them up for trail riding, awesome pull down low and mid range

Go with this set up then. Try a 54/44 or 54/46 helix. Maybe a WWW primary spring too.

Corey9965 your saying the set up I said with heelclickers will do good for what I want?

No the stock weights with 4.5 in each hole,WWW Primary spring, Green Secondary spring, a 54/44 or 54/46 helix wrapped at 70. For trail riding, it's a great setup. And it will run out good on the lakes. If you want to spend the money on the Heelclickers feel free, I'm not saying you shouldn't. But I really think you will want to stud it with the Clickers or you will spin.

I ran that in my '99 and loved it. I actually put 5.5 in the tip to keep my RPM down at 8300-8350. With an '02, 4.5 should be a good starting point.

Thread recycler,
Would H/Cs be something for a 96 XT. I am currently running the very first set-up at the top of the page in the TY USER SETUPS. All brand new springs, belt and a used 8bvfa helix. Running a 144 w/ 1.5 Camo Crossover track.
I do not see that these are for the old Vmaxs. I am though looking for wisdom.
