When it's given throttle there is a big delay and it's also like it doesn't give full power even after a while (although close to it). Almost like it gets too much or too little fuel. It's been owned by and older man and has only around 2000 miles on the odo. It's bought from a dealer and it has never been altered in any way. I don't think it has been ridden particularly hard (the sled itself looks brand new) but I hear that these souped up phazer engines are problematic. Strange though because the old Phazer I and II where rock solid in reliability.
I also notice that the manuals only go to 2001. Is there no difference then between 01 and 04?
