hello guys I'm in need of some help on my 2002 SX viper 700! ever since i bought this sled the red caution light is always on every time i start it up. it doesnt blink or anything its on steady all the time. and also the engine light is on as well. the sled seems to work fine. no problems at all but its just annoying to see that light in the corner of your eye when youre riding lol. just wondering if anyone would know what it could be?? The handwarmers do not wrk as well which ive heard can make the caution light come on but i have no idea if thats the problem. and if so why would the engine light come on? ive tried downloading a PDF copy of the manual but cant find it anywhere! can anyone help me??

as a vip on here you get acess to the manual you are looking for. pretty cheap considering all the info and help.
on some of those 02 vipers there was a problem with the oil tank sensor but most likely it is the hand warmers. 1st thing is to make shure that all the connections are clean and plugged in. did that one on brothers sled by accident.

It just happened to me. It was the switch for the hand warmer.

was it the handwarmer button itself or was it the actual handwarmer element? and did your engine light come on as well?
