Hey fellas right now I'm over revving a bit to 8600-8700. I know if I add a bit of tip weight to the 8BU-10's it will bring it down to 8500. Also using green secondary at 60. I'm wondering if switching out my WWW primary spring for a blue brown blue would lower my rpm enough to 8500.
WWW is 45 initial 2.25 rate 119 final
blue brown blue is 50 initial 2.0 rate, 116 final.
Replacing rivets is a pain in the a$$, but this may be the best way to achieve 8500

What was the snow and weather conditions like? I'm doing my own clutch tuning right now and I'm about 300 rpm under what I want. I'm going to try changing the primary spring as well. I was testing in wet heavy snow on a warm humid day. If you were in fluffy snow with limited traction that could be part of it right there. If that's the case, you are probably close to where you want to be, and on those days you would drop 10 degrees out of the secondary preload to suck the belt faster which will bring your rpm's down because of the track slip from limited traction.
