Was at yamaha dealer today to "pick" up my impeller well after almost an hour waiting the parts guy who ordered a impeller shaft instead of a impeller in the first place said it wasn't in yet well then I showed him the bad impeller and the head mechanic said he has never seen one before well would this raise a flag to anyone else but me??? To say the least i'm a little peed I won't deal with those idiots anymore and wont refer them also do any of you have better "luck" with your dealers? More angst

I've never had good luck with hauck, their customer service isn't very good. I've got the best service with port yamaha.

Port has great service! If I order on monday I usually have the parts by wednesday or thursday, sometimes it only takes a day to get the parts.

Just get the part number online and get them to order it. Thats what i have to do.

I wouldn't trust that place I'm done with them when I get my impeller that's it I'll order my parts online or from someone else
I think I have a few of these.... what sled and can you shoot me a picture? Mine are new.

hauck ordered one yesterday if they screw this up i will get a hold of you today I went through my skid thats done along with my thermoswitch which I got a new plug thats done just waiting for the impeller replaced about ten bearings 18 years old equals lots of rust and corrosion thanks!
