Another Phazer VIN question

Hi everybody, new on the forum and new to sledding. Just acquired a Phazer II from my brother - we are piecing it together from a few wrecks. I am told it is a 1991, paint scheme matches for what I have researched but I cannot find the VIN number on this tunnel anywhere. It appears to be original paint so I am stumped. Any other way to identify it for insurance/registration?

Vin# should be in the vicinity of where your right foot sits on the side of the tunnel. If not it must be a replacement tunnel.

I was thinking replacement tunnel as well as there are absolutely no stickers on this tunnel like the parts one I have sitting beside it. Whoever replaced it did an excellent job - the rivets look factory.
