anyone have any tricks for removing scratches from windsheilds? i thought about one of those headlight powerballs, but not real sure about it. i dont want to f it up worse.
Did you try toothpaste? Some of the guys have said it works

Thanks, I'll try it. Seems about the same as rubbing compound.

You can buff out windshields just like you buff out paint on a vehicle. Different grades of sandpaper followed by buffing compound. I've done this many times with good results.

A thick mixture of flour & water takes scratches out nicely. It's the ORIGINAL buffing compound.
