what temp is the jetting on the tech pg good too. in particular vmax 600 with thinned head gasket and drilled pipe. stock gearing and clutching as per tech pg. any other suggestions

I'm not sure how good the jetting is down to, but you could test with different jets, and see how rich it is at certain temperatures. If you want to know exactly, Turk should know, i think he made those specs.
