Wed morning at 10:30 (which I believe is 2:30 pm there )I called Dalton Ind to order a helix .... He didn't have the angle I needed on the shelf so he cut me one ..... Then ship it 1300 miles to me . It was in my mail box the next day ( thursday ) when I got home from work . Very impressed.
Now thats service.......

That's awesome to hear! Some other aftermarket companie(s) that I've delt with....were unhelpful to say the least. It's like, yeah I know my sled is practally from the Stone Age (in their eyes) compared to the new stuff... And it's not like I'm buying a turbo kit... But we've all been supporting these aftermarket companies for years... we still ride them and we need new parts from time to time. It's great that dalton is offering excellent service.

Nice. I remember one time i was trying to contact bender... never got as much as an email after multiple times
Musta been delivered by an SRX.
I've had that happen once for a printer. I got the printer before shipping notification.
