Just as the post states I would love to build a fun vintage ride play sled any thoughts on a 600 or 700 red head triple swapped into a phazer or vmax 540 chasis
would for sure be cool, the phazer would be easier frame to work with because its open on sides however the vmax540 already has a liquid cooling system/exchangers and radiator where as the phazer has nothing since its fan cooled. What chassis you use is up to you and how much work you wanna put into it.
I am in kinda the same boat used a engine from one of my 81 srx440's for a ssr clone project and now dont know what to do with rolling srx440 chassis, was thinkin vmax4 engine in it.....

I saw a build where a guy put a red head 700 in an old srv he put a skidoo trailing arm suspension on it too

Ive seen 2 exciters with 700s in them. I remember one being on youtube
