I have pulled the tank, dumped it, cleaned the carbs as far as I can tell the tors has been removed I fire the sled up idles good I can rev it up to 3500 sounds great. if I try to go past though it just wants to die like turn in off the key also seems to want to die if I just open the throttle wide open! Bought it in November 13 it was freshly rebuilt it ran great but every now and then it would want to bog out and it would be tough to keep going for a few then it would take off again and be fine now I can't get it to move! Any help very appreciated and turning the choke on does nt help don't think its crank seals!

have you cleaned the primary clutch recently? sounds like it is messing up right around belt engagement.

I have it seems OK I got the track off the ground thinking that as well but it will engage and turn the track dosnt seem like the clutch!

Just won't rev high enough to move it I'll take the belt off completely when I get home and make 100% sure that's not the problem

At this point, assuming the rebuild was correctly done, if youve had the clutch running without a belt and it still doesnt hit over 3500, i would check to make sure carbs are in stock settings and i would make sure the plugs look good as well as good spark. If you're really wondering if its the clutch, pull the primary off and see if the engine goes past 3500 but don't get nuts with that. I generally try to keep under 5500 rpms if i test without any load.

Are you sure its not the tors? What do you mean by the tors has been removed best you can tell? This system must either be working or bypassed correctly.

100% agreed. If it's not done right, it'll give you issues like what you're experiencing
